Manufacturing Barometer Survey Winter 2018-19 (Q3)
  • Welcome to the Manufacturing Barometer, Winter 2018-19 (Q3)

Raising the profile of UK SME manufacturers

Thank you for taking the time to add your opinions to the latest Manufacturing Barometer survey. In participating, you are helping to shape the future of business support available to SME manufacturers in the UK.

You will also help raise the profile of the sector. The Barometer findings, the collective result of senior decision makers' views, attract government and media interest.

    Special focus - Supplier Strategy

Respondents to last quarter's Barometer highlighted the importance UK SME manufacturers place on working out how to best manage suppliers as Brexit approaches. Your input today will help us understand and implement the support you, as a UK SME manufacturer, need to secure and develop your supplier base for raw materials and components, sub-assemblies and part-finished items, and finished goods.

Barometer is open until 9.15am on Thursday 24th January 2019

The survey should take no more than 7-10 minutes to complete. I appreciate it's valuable time out of your day, but we know your voice may make the difference to the impact the results have regionally and nationally.

Thank you for submitting your opinions, we value your time and will email you the concluding report when all the results have been analysed.

    With kind regards,

    Simon Howes

    CEO, Exelin Group (delivering SWMAS)
